Cecilia fungameza is a manager of Fungameza products company established in 2013 in Kigoma.It deals with sardine food processing,palm oil processing and catering busines.Her initial capital was TSH.400,000/= and her big market was in Kigoma region.
In 2008 she had first loan of TSH.200,000/= from SIDO and in 2011 she managed to get TSH.1,000,000/= loan from SIDO to expand and increase the capital for her business.She started attending various SIDO business exhibitions and learnt various businesses that where done by other entrepreneurs and also learnt on packaging of products and TFDA quality essurance.
Through the above knowledge,she managed to practice various business including food processing of frozing of sardine,and mawese packaging and eventually succeeded.By gaining much capital she managed to expand her business by opening up a catering business at Mwandiga in Kigoma where by she managed to create some employment opportunities to her family members as improving her living standard.
